This postcard was sent to local "thought leaders", aka government leaders and decision-makers. Part of a 4-part series, this particular card illustrates United Way of Central Oklahoma's Community Investment process - the process through which funds that were raised are allocated by donor volunteers to our 60 partner agencies. The idea was to get them to understand the layers of accountability that we have in place.
