Employee Campaign Coordinators (or ECCs for short) are the employees within local companies that work with United Way staff members to run their organizations' giving campaigns. This training gives them the information they need to understand United Way and know how to run an effective campaign.
The ECCs are also vital in carrying the campaign theme into their employee campaign, so it was important for them to get a good grasp on it. I used Uncle Sam's hat as the focal point of this card to give it a good dose of vintage patriotism.
