The Early Bird Reception is an event where we honor our Loaned Executives (temporary employees that work with us for the 3-4 months of the annual campaign) and outstanding Employee Campaign Coordinators (ECCs).
The campaign theme for 2012 was "back to school", so I incorporated that with the verbiage and the graduation cap vector.
