Employee Campaign Coordinators (or ECCs for short) are the employees within local companies that work with United Way staff members to run their organizations' giving campaigns. This training gives them the information they need to understand United Way and know how to run an effective campaign.
Each year, United Way staff decides on a campaign theme - an idea that participating companies can use to create fun activities for their employees during their campaign. The 2011 theme was superheroes - this invitation was modeled after that theme.
