As I mentioned while discussing the process for the 2013 Snowflake Gala invitation, this is the project that I have the most freedom budget-wise to create something more elaborate.
This was my first year to create this suite. I spent several weeks creating almost 10 different mock-ups, none of which I was pleased with. Then apparently a light bulb went off, and I created this (at least the first draft) in about an hour. For the first go-around, I was pretty pleased. At this point, I wasn't as experienced with the different paper options out there, so we went with a simple metallic paper.
